Key Responsibilities

Guest-Centric Focus: Ensure our guests are at the heart of all operational decisions, from resource planning to recruitment.

Exceptional Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.

Health & Safety: Uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.

Team Spirit: Bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen, unleashing the potential of your team to enhance the guest experience.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
* Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A fun-loving attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, working five days over seven.
