About The Role We are looking for a Studio Assistant to join our growing team! This is an entry-level role that’s perfect for someone looking to take their first step into the games industry. You’ll support both our Asset Art and Production teams while helping with the day-to-day running of the studio. It’s a varied, hands-on role where you’ll gain insight into how games are made, build practical skills, and work closely with our friendly, collaborative team. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2027. What You’ll Do Act as a liaison between the Asset Art and Production teams, ensuring tasks and priorities are accurately tracked and communicated Coordinate with external outsource teams by attending meetings, documenting key discussions, and relaying feedback to studio leads Organise and maintain external asset files, ensuring they are linked to the relevant bug reports Manage asset approvals Support general studio operations in coordination with HR and IT (this will include recruitment and shared inbox administration, office stock management, handling visitor logistics, and communicating internal updates) Assist the wider team with ad-hoc tasks What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and processes Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Benefits & Perks Hybrid/flexible working environment Zero crunch time 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Health and Wellbeing package (Private health insurance, EAP, long-term illness cover) Enhanced pension scheme Company-wide bonus scheme
