Offer description

We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Sales & Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven salesperson with a passion for interior design, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of designing and purchasing their dream bathrooms while maximizing sales opportunities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored bathroom solutions.
2. Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on bathroom designs, layouts, and product selection to meet customer requirements.
3. Design & Quotation: Use design software (or manual planning) to create stylish and functional bathroom layouts and provide accurate quotations.
4. Showroom Management: Maintain an attractive, organized showroom, ensuring displays are up to date and products are presented professionally.
5. Closing Sales: Confidently negotiate and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest bathroom trends, products, and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, installers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Proven sales experience in bathroom, kitchen, or interior design sales (minimum 2 years).
2. Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
3. Knowledge of bathroom products, fittings, and layouts.
4. Experience using design software (e.g., CAD, Virtual Worlds, or similar) is an advantage.
5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused approach.
