Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Experience: 2–6 years’ PQE (Commercial Property)

The Opportunity
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
* Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property development, and acquisitions/disposals
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
* Conduct due diligence, title investigations, and property searches
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth completion
* Deliver clear, pragmatic advice to business owners, investors, and developers
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm, with opportunities for business development and engagement with other offices
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial property law
* Strong experience managing own caseload of commercial property matters
* Excellent client care, negotiation, and communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team
* Commercially minded and proactive approach
