Help us improve health and wellbeing across Stoke-on-Trent by connecting workplaces, schools and communities with life‑changing wellbeing opportunities. We’re looking for a proactive and confident Workplace Engagement Officer to strengthen partnerships across the city and increase participation in our wellbeing and leisure programmes.
In this exciting role:
* You’ll build strong relationships with local employers, education providers, health services and community organisations.
* You’ll promote a wide range of programmes, including physical activity, smoking cessation, weight management and pain management, helping people live healthier, more active lives.
* You’ll plan and deliver engagement events, support marketing campaigns, develop tailored engagement plans and act as an ambassador for Wellbeing & Leisure Services at community and business forums. You’ll bring experience in health, leisure, community or wellbeing settings, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.
* You’ll be confident working with diverse partners, delivering presentations, and using digital tools to track engagement and measure impact.
