Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 District Community Nurse to join Sirona Care and Health. You’ll deliver high-quality care in the community, manage a patient caseload, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexible working patterns and the opportunity to plan shifts in advance.
Requirements:
Current NMC registration
Relevant community nursing experience
Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
