Are you a Design Engineer with a background in Product Development looking to progress into a leadership role at a forward-thinking medical company, where you'll enjoy independence, recognition, and a 4-day work week?
In this position, you'll help develop advanced medical products using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The company offers training to support your move into a team leader role, where you'll supervise two office-based Engineers.

The Role:
Design medical equipment like GP/NHS refrigeration, portable vaccine fridges etc.
Use AutoCAD to create drawings
Manage a small team of 2 design engineers
Training on SolidWorks
Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm (9-hour days, 4 Day Work Week)
