Key Responsibilities
* Establish and grow the lettings department from inception.
* Develop and implement processes, compliance systems, and best practices.
* Drive new business and grow the managed portfolio.
* Recruit, train and lead a team as the agency scales.
* Oversee the successful integration of an acquired agency.
* Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
