Job Introduction

Join our Clinical Services team and help us deliver exceptional support to the people we serve.

We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and reception support to our consultants, doctors, dentists, nurses and wider clinical team.

The role is part time on a rota basis and is 22.5 hours per week.


What You’ll Do

* Provide day‑to‑day reception and administrative support
* Manage appointments and maintain accurate clinical records
* Produce letters, reports and other documentation (audio & copy typing)
* Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally
* Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate reviews and appointments
* Support general office tasks including filing, photocopying and record retrieval


What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Strong IT skills, including EMIS and Microsoft Office
* Experience working with people with learning disabilities (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A candidate who is detail oriented, ensuring all tasks are reviewed to ensure accuracy
* Strong problem solving abilities
* A positive, caring and professional approach
* Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
