Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant in one of our three offices. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating deals, arranging property viewings, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintaining comprehensive property records.
A senior position is also available, and we’re open to exploring other opportunities for Property Professionals who’d like to be part of our expanding team.
Experience
* Consulting and Estate Agency knowledge
* Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales, particularly within the property market
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Proficient in using software and tools
* Experience with REAPIT preferred but not essential
* Experience in Lettings beneficial but not essential
