Company Overview We’re working with a well-respected independent estate and lettings agency based in Trowbridge, known for their personal approach and commitment to exceptional customer service. They take pride in building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and the local community, and are now looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team on a maternity cover contract. Role Overview This is a key support position within the lettings department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The successful candidate will be organised, personable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play an integral part in keeping everything compliant and on track across the portfolio. Key Duties Provide full administrative support to the lettings team Maintain property files, databases, and internal systems Arrange and track safety certificates (gas, electrical, EPC) to ensure compliance Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally Schedule quarterly property visits and issue completed reports Ensure all lettings administration meets current legislation and company standards Key Skills & Experience Previous administration experience (property background desirable) Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a small team Package Salary: £25,000 (or pro rata for part-time hours) Full-time or reduced hours considered Supportive, friendly working environment Opportunity to work with a highly regarded local agency
