Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Hackney Full Time | Term Time Only | January Start Up to £500 take-home per week | Long Term Role (Temp to Perm) Long Term Futures are working with a progressive secondary school in Hackney to appoint a committed Behaviour Mentor to support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who require targeted behaviour, emotional and pastoral support. This is a highly rewarding role suited to someone confident working with young people who display challenging behaviour and require consistent, positive role modelling. You will play a key role in helping students re-engage with learning, develop emotional regulation skills, and build resilience both inside and outside the classroom.
