About the Role As a key member of our Property Services team, youll lead and deliver a range of surveying and maintenance activities across Barnardos diverse property portfolio. From project planning to compliance management, youll help ensure our spaces are safe, effective, and aligned with the charitys goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive property maintenance and management service. Lead complex building projects and programmes of work. Conduct inspections and oversee the design and execution of refurbishments and fit-outs. Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, legislation, and health and safety requirements. Collaborate with the Senior Manager Surveying Services to foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. Respond to maintenance queries and manage issues swiftly and effectively. What Were Looking For HNC (or equivalent) in Building, Surveying, or Construction. Professional qualifications also considered. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale property portfolios. Proven success in leading complex building maintenance and construction projects.
