Support Workers urgently required (Complex Needs / Autism) for various shifts:
Earlies - 8am to 3pm / Lates - 3pm to 10pm - Pay Rate: £13.44 per hour
Waking Nights - 10pm to 8am - Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Must be available to work every other weekend.

Your role will be to support people to live their best life, achieve their objectives and deliver complex support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting.
You will be part of a friendly and inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support people to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose.
Supporting people to access the community for a variety of activities, day to day living and wellbeing.
The right applicant will enjoy walking, games, sports, crafts, beach activities, swimming, spending time in the garden & sourcing new and exciting activities. You will also play an important role with families, supporting people to maintain good relationships and develop new friendships.

Who are we looking for?
* An interest and specialism in working with people with Autism, Mental Health and Complex Support Needs would be an advantage, but the right values are even more important. Free Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided and career qualifications are available.
