As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person our guests encounter or produce the bakery items they love, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.


To apply, you should be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Staying aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
* Reporting work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and instructions, including wearing PPE when required
