What you will do
* Health Surveillance: Conduct audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline health checks including blood pressure, height, weight, and urinalysis.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate occupational health records for clinical review.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for use.
* Health Promotion: Support workplace health initiatives and wellbeing activities.
* Clinical Support: Gather and record data to support the wider occupational health team.
* Biometric Monitoring: Provide accurate health data to assist clinicians with patient management.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in healthcare roles such as Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Care Assistant, or Ambulance Technician.
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Degree in Sports Science (or similar) with relevant experience is desirable.
* Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
* Must be comfortable with regular UK travel and overnight stays (approximately 3 weeks per month).
