Your new roleMy client is seeking a Student Liaison Administrator to provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for students and staff at a teaching venue in Lowestoft.This is a varied, customer-facing role combining reception duties, enquiry handling and administrative support. You’ll work independently on site while being part of a wider central team, delivering excellent service and effective signposting to academic and student support services.
Key duties include:
* Acting as the first point of contact via reception, email and telephone
* Managing enquiries and signposting to relevant services
* Supporting student services bookings and attendance monitoring
* Maintaining accurate records and administrative processes
* Liaising with college staff and maintaining on-site information
About you:
* Experienced in a front-line customer service role
* Confident working independently
* Strong communicator with excellent IT skills
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
* Experience in Further or Higher Education is desirable
Additional information:This temporary role may involve lone working and an Enhanced DBS check is required.
