Project coordinator - Fire Division
Location: Loughton
Salary: £32,000
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating reactive and planned works for the Fire Division
* Managing engineer diaries and allocating jobs effectively
* Liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
* Preparing and issuing RAMS and job documentation
* Organising callouts, raising purchase orders, and managing materials
* Updating the internal portal and producing client reports
* Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks
What we're looking for
* Experience within the Fire Division is essential
* Strong organisational skills and confidence in handling multiple priorities
* Clear, professional communication with clients and engineers
* IT proficient (Word, Excel, internal systems)
* Ambitious and motivated - someone eager to progress quickly and take ownership of projects
