Position
Are you looking for an entry level role with full training? Do you enjoy cleaning and take pride in your work? We’re looking for a reliable candidate to join our cleaning team, here at Torbay Pharmaceuticals. If you’ve got experience in cleaning and have integrity in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Specialist Cleaner at Torbay Pharmaceuticals you will be responsible for cleaning across our specialist manufacturing facility. You will be working across a number of areas including, sterile production, warehouse, labs and the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and enjoys variety.
Hours: This role is on a permanent late shift working Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 10.30pm
Please note, some areas do require wearing full specialist PPE
Responsibilities
* Uphold cleanliness guidelines across manufacturing areas and labs in line with regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice.
* Follow Cleaning Instructions: Adhere to cleaning protocols for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, covering general and deep cleaning duties.
* Assist with laundry service for cleanroom clothing and equipment upkeep as needed.
* Execute Assigned Tasks: Fulfil additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor, ensuring alignment with job grade.
* Promote Collaboration and Flexibility: Foster teamwork across departments, executing activities in various areas, and adapt schedule to accommodate operational needs.
Requirements
* Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to cleaning tasks, ensuring everything is done thoroughly and up to standard.
* Time Management: Manages cleaning tasks efficiently, making sure everything gets done on time without feeling rushed.
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to adapt to changing needs of the business
* Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
