GSL Education are looking to recruit an hard working and enthusiastic teaching assistant to work in secondary schools in Ruskington, Lincolnshire.
Your job role will consist of helping the class teacher prepare and organise engaging lessons for the students as well as working 1-1 with students and in small groups. You must be able to communicate effectively and support the students in order to develop their education.
Teaching assistant requirements:
* A passion for the progress of secondary school pupil.
* An ability to work as part of a team.
* Support students with their social and emotional development.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of class lessons.
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Enhanced child workforce enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
* Suitable references that cover the last 2 years of employment.
* Experience of working with primary school aged children.
* Knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching strategies.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
