Clinical Psychologist - (Neuro/Rehab)
£53,040 per annum (pro rata)
3 days per week
On site working - Northamptonshire, UK

Essential:
* A completed Doctorate in Clinical or Applied Psychology (or equivalent qualification recognised by the British Psychological Society).
* Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
* Experience working with individuals presenting with complex psychological and neurological needs.
* Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention planning.
* Competence in risk assessment and risk management processes.
* Experience delivering a range of therapeutic approaches and an understanding of different psychological models.
Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within a defined service area.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated and effective care pathways.
* Support service users to actively engage in their rehabilitation and treatment plans.
* Contribute to team development through training, consultation and reflective practice.
* Participate in service improvement projects and the development of new ways of working.
* Liaise with external professionals and agencies to strengthen integrated care pathways.
* Provide supervision to junior psychology staff.
