Are you looking for your next role in Early Years settings?Aspire People are assisting a lovely Nursery School who are looking to appoint hardworking, dedicated and caring Nursery Teaching Assistants to work in their baby and toddler rooms. The role is Monday-Friday and they are open during the school holidays. Shift hours will vary week to week.Your role will include:Supervising and supporting children aged 0-4 years old.Keeping children motivated and working towards their Early Years learning goals.Planning and implementing children's learning and play activities.Observing and assessing children's learning and developmentWork in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers to meet the individual needs of the children.Key Person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery.Requirements Needed: Level 2 or above qualifications in childcare or early years DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed Paediatric First Aid Comfortable with nappies if requiredBenefits of working with Aspire People: Weekly pay PAYE or umbrella pay available Holiday Pay* Free Safeguarding trainingAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
