Please note that this is a Manchester based role and our current hybrid working arrangement is Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in the office.

Summary of our role
The role of Artworker will see you deliver a range of integrated artwork, with a consistently high level of attention to detail. You will be responsible for the production of print ready or pixel perfect artwork for use across all of the agency’s output to produce work of an exceptional quality.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to add significant value, and guide projects in the right direction. Your work will be incredibly varied; as an Artworker you will be expected to work on websites, email marketing, materials for congress, and posters, just to name a few, for our industry-leading clients.
What you can expect to be doing…
· Track award-winning work and trends, developing your craft to enhance the effectiveness of the work we produce; including considerations from a user experience perspective
· Proactively suggest and apply best practices across your role and with the wider team
· Actively develop your skills in the core design programs, including, but not limited to: Photoshop; Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint
· Complete work within specified deadlines, with appropriate accuracy and attention to detail, communicating any issues to Head of Artwork and Account Manager as soon as they are identified
· Maintain high quality standards across your work and actively follow all sign-off procedures, and comply with agreed agency guidelines
· Troubleshoot to resolve any problems that arise through the course of a job relating to all practical elements, including timescales
· Take ownership of the quality
· Develop strong working relationships with all relevant departments and wider team members
· Collaborate and communicate at all times in a respectful and co-operative manner with other team members, both internally and externally
This could be a great fit for you if you have…
· Ability to use core design programs, including, but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint
· Additional software would be desirable: figma and sketch
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent project-management skills and ability to meet deadlines / escalate issues as appropriate
· Commercially aware
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, supporting senior members of the team
