Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer (12-month fixed contract)
Salary: Up to £29,988.00 per annum, plus Car Allowance or commercial vehicle

Principal Accountabilities:
* Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and contract lead to enhance customer experience, engagement, and social impact
* Provide front-line customer service and training
* Represent the Mears brand positively
* Support social value activities and community engagement
* Manage customer communications effectively
* Deliver bespoke customer and induction training
* Handle complaints professionally, both face-to-face and via phone
* Ensure punctuality and standards in customer appointments
* Foster positive relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues
* Support engagement activities across channels
* Provide accurate and timely information
Role Criteria:
* IT literacy
* Full driving license
* Effective time management
* Relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage complex situations
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Experience in social housing (preferred)
