We're working with a well-respected, family-run manufacturer-accredited bodyshop in the Dorking area, and they're looking for an experienced and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team.
What\'s on Offer
* Up to £23 per hour (depending on experience)
* Quarterly bonus scheme - up to £1,250 every 3 months
* Annual bonus of £3,000
* Overtime available

Hours
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm (45 hours per week)
* Overtime available for extra earnings
The Role
* Carrying out MET/Strip & Fit and geometry work
* Working with precision and attention to detail in a modern workshop
* Maintaining manufacturer standards and best practices
* Contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency
What You\'ll Need
* Proven experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Relevant qualifications (IMI, ATA, NVQ, or manufacturer training) desirable
