Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Representative Recapture to covering Scotland. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities
* Develop new customers via cold calling networking bids and tenders
* Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
* Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales results
* Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
* Collaborate with fellow team members including other sales representatives and field colleagues
Qualifications
* Degree educated or equivalent to with experience within a field sales based position.
* Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
* Customer focused approach to sales with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
* Market mapping worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure youre spending your time talking to the right people.
