Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineering Graduate
Northstone, the leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in Northern Ireland, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. We are committed to developing the early careers sector and offer graduates opportunities to grow through mentorship, real-world challenges, and a dynamic environment.
The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager and participate in our two-year graduate development programme, starting September 2025. This programme aims to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment
* Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation
* Maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
* Communicate effectively with employees and contractors
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Clean driving licence
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict timelines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering packages (training provided)
