Spot Quote Assistant
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Type: Full-time | Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Spot Quote Assistant to join our team and support our sales operations by delivering accurate, timely quotes and exceptional service to our clients.
What will you be doing?
* Respond promptly to customer quote requests using DSV’s preferred tools.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Maximise revenue opportunities from existing customers.
* Identify potential sales leads and coordinate with Business Development Managers.
* Promote DSV services including myDSV, Quote & Book, and Track & Trace.
* Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
* Provide support across spot quote teams during absences.
* Handle general enquiries via phone and email.
About You
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid administrative and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* Good literacy, numeracy, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
