The Vacancy *This role requires both Pensions Administration and Project experience* Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic administration team with a varied portfolio of clients. They play a key part in providing our clients and members with a market-leading service on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and CARE pension arrangements. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join this department as a Senior Pensions Project Administrator, within our Data Journey team in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow Office. The Data Journey Team leads on delivering pensions administration services and projects to our defined benefit and defined contribution clients. What will your role look like? You will play a significant role in delivering project work related to member tracing, marital status checks, backfile reviews, data cleansing, dashboard checks, and mail merge activities. You will collaborate with other teams such as the risk transfer team, payroll, and administration teams to deliver work for our clients. Key tasks include: Assisting with data analysis and projects under guidance from senior colleagues. Producing reports as required. Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless work progression. Running data extracts, analyzing data, calculations, and preparing reports for review. Following office procedures, maintaining notes of communications, and ensuring compliance. Performing ad-hoc tasks and projects. Responding to emails within delegated authority. Carrying out general administrative duties, including mailing exercises and helpline support. Supporting other team members across offices as needed. Qualifications and skills: Minimum GCSE/Scottish Standard (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Experience in an administrative environment. Experience with DB pensions and project work. Data collection and inputting experience. Good analytical skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with team experience preferred. Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written.
