We are seeking a creative, commercially minded Digital Designer with strong attention to detail and a passion for impactful design. You’ll create impactful digital assets spanning ecommerce sites, emails, banners, landing pages, product imagery, online ads and social, as well as contributing to fresh concepts and creative direction for new product launches. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to prioritise content hierarchy, and can balance speed with accuracy and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Create tailored digital assets for ecommerce sites, email campaigns, landing pages, banners, adverts, social media and more. Support the marketing team with campaign concepts, new product launches, and promotional assets. Apply strong knowledge of web content hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, UI/UX, and responsive design principles. Optimise digital imagery for web performance, ensuring the best balance of quality, file size, and loading speed. Source, edit, and enhance imagery from stock libraries, manufacturers, and branded assets to maximise impact and sales performance. Develop animated GIFs, motion graphics, and video edits (After Effects, Premiere or similar) where needed. Work on product renderings and 3D visuals, and packaging using Blender or equivalent software. Build and refine landing pages, wireframes, and usability improvements to support UI/UX. Produce clear and engaging headlines and supporting copy for artwork, working from verbal or written briefs with minimal guidance. Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all work. Capable of designing print-ready artwork, including leaflets, labels, boxes, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring compliance with print and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the team to ensure assets are commercially effective, while also working independently to manage deadlines. What we’re looking for: Strong portfolio showcasing email design, ecommerce/web pages, and digital campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and comfortable working in Figma. Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Blender. Motion design experience; After Effects, Premiere, or similar (bonus). Knowledge of HTML, CSS (bonus). Experience with web page frameworks and understanding of digital performance optimisation. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Excellent communicator, passionate about design, with a confident eye for modern UI, layout, hierarchy, and typography. Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently, delivering work that is accurate, considered, and impactful.
