Advert To undertake routine and statutory maintenance tasks to building systems, water compliance, building fabric maintenance, medical gases, engineering plant and general maintenance. The role supports multi-skilled trades on a range of maintenance works and is expected to carry out a limited range of unsupervised skilled tasks and utilise the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and other specialist software to ensure a joined up quality service is delivered. Assist higher skilled grades on new work and repairs. Carry out a limited range of unsupervised skilled tasks.
