You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours: £14.80 per hour38.5 hrs per weekWorking on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)The Role:You will oversee the care team and ensure the safe delivery of care, support and medication with all standards met during your shift. You will be fully supported by both the Deputy and Residential Manager.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to: Coach and mentor new and existing staffReview care plansPrepare, administer, store, record and order medicationPersonal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)Maintain and develop professional relations with familiesReporting any safeguarding concernsPromote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of lifeAbout you: Have an NVQ Level 2 in Care however this is not essential as our Team Leader Development Programme will support those wanting to take the next step in their careerAt least 1 year experience as a Care Team Leader is preferred12 months experience in managing a team is requiredBe able to work as part of a teamHave a positive attitude.Rewards & Benefits:We believe great work deserves great rewards.
