We are seeking a dedicated Summer School Teacher to join our vibrant educational team for the summer. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives during the summer months.
This role is essential in supporting students and will commence during the summer holidays. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and care of young children, helping to lay the foundation for their future education. Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
* Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
* Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
* Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
* Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.
* Engage in summer school activities with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable experience for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience in teaching at primary or secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum and standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
