SG Personnel are working with a busy and expanding manufacturing company in Washington, who are looking to recruit an Operator on an ongoing basis, with a possible temporary to permanent transfer for the right fit. Duties will include: * Operating of machinery, which may require adjustments for smooth running * Flexibility willingness to pack and palletise * Work within a mixing department of raw materials * Working at pace Experience/Skills required * Machine Operating experience * At least 12 months Production experience, ideally within a fast moving environment * Steady work history This will be a 2 shift pattern weekly rotating pattern, with potential for a three shift. 6am-2pm and 2pm-12am, £13.43 moving to £14.04 after 12 weeks worked. 10pm-6am £14.65 increasing to £15.87 after 12 weeks worked.
