Ready to shape the performance of a global aerospace supply chain? Moog is looking for a dynamic Regional Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier capability, drive long‑term improvement, and elevate the maturity of a diverse, high‑value supply base.
This is a role for a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a leader who thrives in complex technical environments.
What You’ll Do
* Lead regional supplier development strategy and a high‑performing engagement team
* Own long‑term supplier performance and capability growth
* Build and govern supplier assessment and prioritization frameworks
* Drive recovery, improvement, and long‑range maturity initiatives
* Influence senior leaders with clear communication on priorities, risks, and progress
* Act as the technical and quality escalation point for programs and operations
What You Bring
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Strong background across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
* 5–10 years leading technical teams
* Expertise in LEAN, structured problem solving, and quality systems
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
* Willingness to travel >25% globally
