We have a role for a HR Advisor to work for an Engineering company based in Eastleigh. You will be involved in; * Maintaining HR information systems to ensure information is accurate and current * Supporting the directors with talent acquisitions and recruitment processes as well as onboarding of new employees * You’ll provide payroll information to the finance team each month in relation to starters, contract changes, variations and fuel usage * Providing day to day support to employees and managers in managing grievances, disciplinary procedures * You will assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies and owning annual performance reviews and records * Regularly reviewing benefits to keep the business competitive in the marketplace What they are looking for; * Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) * Previous experience working as an HR Advisor * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff and managers * Good IT Skills to include MS Office * Happy to be based in the office 5 days a week 25 days holiday (increases with service plus bank holidays), Contributory pension scheme, Perkbox Employee benefits, Private Medical cover (after qualifying period) and contribution towards gym membership.
