Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
* Managing files, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
* Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
* Supporting fee earners with administrative duties as required
The Candidate
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
