Drivelodge is a long-established local manufacturer, supplying and fitting campervan roofs across the UK and worldwide. Due to growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role at the heart of the business, helping to keep things running smoothly day-to-day.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
Processing orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time.
Handling office administration including paperwork, records, and filing.
Supporting the production and sales teams with scheduling, queries, and information.
Monitoring stock and raising purchase orders when needed.
Assisting with general office duties to keep everything organised and running efficiently.
What we're looking for:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning internal systems.
Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Previous office/admin experience is desirable, especially in a role involving customers and suppliers, but not essential — training will be provided.
The role:
Full-time: 39 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
Competitive pay (dependent on experience).
28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
