Site Supervisor – Nuclear Power Station Project (Near Ipswich)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project near Ipswich, working on the development of a nuclear power station. This is a long-term position on one of the UK’s most critical energy infrastructure projects.
We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in managing earthworks operations in a high-compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site supervision with a particular focus on large-scale earthworks operations.

Ensure site activities comply with strict safety, environmental, and quality standards.
*
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site operatives, and plant on a busy site.
*
Deliver clear and effective toolbox talks and daily briefings.
*
Work closely with engineers and site management to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
*
You MUST have extensive experience in earthworks – this is non-negotiable.
*
A valid Gold CSCS Supervisor Card is essential.
*
Experience working on complex infrastructure or energy sector projects (nuclear experience beneficial).
*
Strong understanding of health & safety and environmental compliance on high-risk sites.
*
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
