Key aspects of the role:
Using your commercial expertise to your advantage and drive the repairs and maintenance projects forward.
* From cradle to grave on various schemes, you'll become an essential member of the team, for which you will be recognised through training and progression.
* Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
* Use your experience to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
What you'll need:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
* Knowledge with SOR Codes and National Housing Federation
* Good Excel skills
* Member of RICS
* UK Driving Licence
* Experience in repairs and maintenance, ideally Social Housing.
