Property Administration Manager
We're working with a fantastic client in the property sector who is on the lookout for a Property Administration Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This is a great role for someone who's organised, proactive, and enjoys speaking with investors while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our client is part of a well-established development group with a brilliant reputation across the industry. Known for delivering some of the most exciting residential schemes on offer and having a culture that keeps people for years and years with prove progression across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Property Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Organise and conduct mid-term inspections and check-outs, providing high-quality reports to landlords
* Ensure all compliance documentation is completed with accuracy and efficiency
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and landlords alike
* Provide landlords with insightful market updates based on property data
* Manage investor returns and deal with related queries in a timely manner
* Assist the lettings team when needed
