Industrial Process Engineer – Thales

Responsibilities
* Industrialise activities and support production through manufacturing engineering management.
* Estimate bids, including direct/indirect costs and schedules.
* Introduce new products (MRL, PRR, FAI, DFx, tooling, test equipment).
* Review engineering definition files and approve manufacturing files.
* Define assembly and test processes.
* Manage non‑conformance and engineering change in production.
* Monitor product costs.
* Work with a workcell/APRU manager to deliver target KPIs.
* Implement improvements using Lean techniques.
About You
* Experience of manufacturing engineering processes in a similar environment.
* Excellent team player and communicator, able to work across teams.
* Strong relationship builder, able to manage stakeholders at industry levels.
* Flexible team member and fast learner.
* Focused on deadlines with good time management and prioritisation.
* Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with industry tools (Oracle, Palma, Mestec).
