The team draw upon the knowledge of a wide range of in-house experts, as well as collaborate globally with other People Consulting teams, to enable organisational transformation. You will work closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.
What will you be?
• Support client people consulting programmes of work to drive lasting transformation
• Support projects, or manage small workstreams within in a larger programme
• Help build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
• Develop your expertise through client work and commit to continuous professional development
• Help the Partners and Directors generate new client opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of our People Consulting propositions and assets
• Support knowledge sharing and developing People Consulting skills within our team
• Contribute to team building activities and team cohesion
What will you need to do it? (**delete and insert role relevant bullet points reflecting skills needed to fulfil duties 5 max**)
1. Experience in at least one of the following areas in HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation & Change, or Workforce Transformation
2. We are looking for candidates who understand the people environment and have undertaken consulting projects in one or more of the sub-sectors mentioned above
3. As this role is an Assistant Manager role, you will be expected to support the management of other more junior consultants. It is anticipated candidates will have experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm, or global consultancy. In-house consulting experience is also valued
4. Candidates will need to have the personal skills to influence, communicate with and work with senior members of a client team. They will need to have strong writing skills, be good at PowerPoint, confident with excel, and comfortable working face to face and virtually
