The Role - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
This key position will see you:
1. Manage curriculum delivery for Mechanical and Electronic Engineering apprenticeships
2. Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
3. Ensure high-quality assurance across all provision
4. Lead a diverse team of lecturers and assessors
5. Drive growth in the Engineering apprenticeship portfolio
Essential Requirements - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related subject
2. Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)
3. Assessor and Verifier qualifications
4. Minimum 3 years' experience teaching/assessing Engineering
5. Proven track record meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomes
6. Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and learner pathways
7. Experience delivering apprenticeships
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills
