I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded, forward-thinking professional services firm to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established HR function that plays a critical role in supporting a growing, dynamic business. You’ll operate as a true HR generalist and business partner, working closely with stakeholders across the firm to deliver both operational excellence and strategic impact.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll:
* Partner with business services teams, building strong, trusted relationships
* Provide expert support across employee relations, including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
* Support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
* Contribute to performance management and salary review processes
* Analyse and report on HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making
* Play a key role in HR projects, engagement initiatives and inclusion activities
* You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive HR team that values continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.What We’re Looking For
o Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong business partnering exposure
o Confident handling ER casework and advising stakeholders at all levels
o Ability to manage a varied workload with autonomy and attention to detail
o Strong communication and influencing skills
o CIPD (part or fully qualified) is beneficial but not essential
o Experience in a professional services or fast-paced environment is advantageous
