Requirements
YourRole as a Social Worker:
* Asa social worker within our family assessment services youwill be integral to providing accurate and objective adviceand support to parents enabling families to thrive.
* Youwill have the opportunity to build meaningful, professionaland respectful working relationships with the families in ourcentres, while leading the assessment process and completingcomprehensive assessments of parenting capacity.
* Witha manageable caseload you will get to know your families welland be able to tailor your assessments to meet their needsand provide the best opportunities for success.
* Withdedicated social work practice managers, you will have socialwork qualified line management, supervision andsupport.
* Withaccess to legal advice and bespoke training and opportunitieswithin the social work service we will provide you with the theright environment to flourish and develop.
* Provideevidence based, analytical and comprehensive parentingassessments that provide clear recommendations for permanencyplanning for children and their families.
OurIdeal Candidate should:
* HaveSocial Work Qualification.
* Beregistered with Social Work England.
* Havea minimum 1 year’s post qualifying experience with childrenand families.
* Demonstratea willingness and ability to work across a number of ourfamily assessment centres.
* Haveexperience and capability in preparing high-quality parentingassessment reports for court.
* Beexperienced in working with families to complete robustparenting assessments, being honest, objective and open withthem.
