The Practice: Joining a focused team of experts, you will work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The group is consistently ranked as a leader in the UK, offering a true variety of work including:
* Litigation: Team moves, covenant breaches, and complex Tribunal cases.
* Transactional: Strategic TUPE advice, M&A due diligence, and post-completion integration.
* Advisory: International projects, investigations, and workforce reorganisations.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
* Strong technical background in collective redundancies and business transfers.
* Experience managing matters with limited supervision and working cross-practice (Litigation/Data Privacy).
* A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to the firm’s international growth.
