We’re looking for Production Operators to join our team at The Ochils, working on our high-speed bottle blowing, filling and packaging lines.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in quality and safety, and wants to continue developing their skills within a supportive team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Safe & Efficient Production
* Operate production equipment safely across our bottling and packaging lines
* Ensure production runs smoothly to meet daily performance targets
* Support product changeovers within agreed timescales
Quality & Standards
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and product quality
* Accurately record production and operational data
* Follow all company procedures and compliance standards
Equipment Care
* Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of machinery
* Support autonomous maintenance tasks across your production zone
Team & Continuous Improvement
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain efficient line performance
* Take a proactive approach to problem solving and improvement
* Support training and development across the team where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and takes pride in doing a job well.
You’ll likely bring:
* Experience in a manufacturing, bottling or production environment
* Strong awareness of health and safety in a production setting
* Good attention to detail and ability to record data accurately
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude towards learning and developing new skills
Working Pattern:
This role operates on 12-hour shifts, typically working:
* Week 1: Four day shifts
* Week 2: Three day shifts
There is scope for the shifts to change to 4 on 4 off dayshift to support demand in the future.
The total annual salary for this role is £30,580.55
