Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the office team
* Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail
* Data entry and maintaining company records
* Filing, scanning, and document management
* Assisting with preparing documents and reports
* Supporting team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
Skills & Requirements
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Office 365)
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experiene & Qualifications
* No prior office experience required
* Suitable for school leavers or candidates seeking their first office role
* Basic IT literacy essential
