Are you a passionate Swimming Teacher and looking for flexible working hours within an established programme of lessons?If so, Glasgow Life is looking for qualified Swimming Teachers to join our team on a permanent part time basis. We are offering flexible weekday and evening contracts across our range of swimming pools. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering fun and exciting lessons to our Learn to Swim customers who range from Pre-School to Adults, Beginners to Improvers. Our positions cover our city-wide Learn to Swim venues meaning you could work in any of our venues delivering Swimming Lessons; examples of our current vacancies include: • Tuesday 3.40 – 8pm at Glasgow Club Pollok • Wednesday 3.40 – 8pm at Glasgow Club Scotstoun • Thursday 3.40 – 8pm at Glasgow Club Scotstoun/Bellahouston • Friday 3.40 – 8pm at Glasgow Club Tollcross/Maryhill • Saturday 8.40am-1pm at Glasgow Club Springburn/Gorbals • Sunday 8.40am-1pm at Glasgow Club Maryhill and 3.40 – 8pm at Glasgow Club Bellahouston/Tollcross These positions offer a great range of flexibility for candidates to balance teaching swimming alongside studies or other commitments candidate may have. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £24,.18 to £25,.29 (pro-rata) per year which equates to approx. £13.40 to £14.20 per hour.
